The Office Zen is committed to providing a supportive and transformative healing experience through Hypnosis, Reiki, and subconscious mind work. This Refund Policy explains how payments and refunds are handled when you enroll in any of our healing programs or sessions.


Nature of Services

All healing sessions, guidance, meditations, and techniques offered within the Mind Reset Blueprint program are aimed at emotional balance, anxiety reduction, and mental wellbeing. Since these services involve personal time, energy work, and individualized support, they are considered non-returnable once delivered.


No Refund After Program Begins

Once you make the payment and the program begins—whether one session is completed or materials have been shared—the fee becomes non-refundable. This is because the healer invests time, preparation, and energy into each client’s personalized healing process from the very beginning.


Client Commitment

Enrolling in the program is your commitment to complete the healing journey. If you miss sessions, delay participation, or choose to discontinue midway, the program fee will still remain non-refundable. Healing results depend on your consistency, openness, and willingness to follow the practices recommended.


Rescheduling Support

If you are unable to attend a session due to unavoidable circumstances, you may request a rescheduling. While rescheduling is allowed based on availability, it is not guaranteed for every missed session. Failure to attend regularly does not qualify for a refund.


Situations Where Refund Is Not Applicable

Refunds are not applicable in cases of change of mind, personal reasons, emotional discomfort during healing, lack of participation, or unmet expectations due to incomplete involvement. Since healing is a subjective and personal process, specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.


Program Discontinuation by The Office Zen

In rare circumstances, if The Office Zen discontinues the program due to reasons beyond control, a partial adjustment or alternative support may be offered. However, such decisions are made solely at the healer’s discretion and do not guarantee a monetary refund.


Acceptance of Refund Policy

By enrolling in the Mind Reset Blueprint program or any service offered by The Office Zen, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund Policy. If you do not agree with the terms, you should not proceed with the program.
