Welcome to The Office Zen. By accessing or enrolling in our healing sessions, consultations, online programs, or communication channels, you agree to the Terms & Conditions mentioned here. These terms ensure clarity, transparency, and a respectful healing experience for every client who chooses to work with us.


Nature of Services

The healing sessions offered through Hypnosis, Reiki, and subconscious mind work are designed to support emotional wellbeing, reduce anxiety, and improve mental balance. These services are intended for personal transformation and inner healing. They are not a replacement for medical treatment, clinical therapy, or psychiatric care. Clients who are under medical supervision should continue following their doctor’s advice along with this program.


Client Responsibility

Your participation in the Mind Reset Blueprint program is voluntary. By enrolling, you confirm that you will share accurate information, attend sessions consistently, and follow the practices suggested by the healer. You understand that results vary from person to person depending on consistency, mindset, emotional openness, and personal circumstances.


Confidentiality of Sessions

Everything shared during sessions—including personal experiences, emotional disclosures, and healing details—remains strictly confidential. We will not share any information with anyone unless legally required or if there is a risk of harm to yourself or others. Testimonials will be shared publicly only after receiving your clear permission.


Use of Program Material

All audio files, techniques, exercises, guided processes, and content shared during the program belong solely to The Office Zen. Clients are not allowed to copy, distribute, record, or share any program material without written permission. The content is provided exclusively for your personal transformation.


Session Attendance and Scheduling

Clients are expected to attend sessions on time and maintain regular participation. Missed sessions may not always be rescheduled unless discussed in advance. Changes in schedule, session format, or timings may occur when necessary, and clients will be informed beforehand.


Payments and Fees

Program fees must be paid as per the instructions provided at the time of enrollment. Once the program has begun, fees become non-refundable. If a payment plan is provided, clients are responsible for completing all installments on time. Delay in payments may lead to suspension of services.


Technical Issues

The Office Zen is not responsible for interruptions caused by internet issues, device problems, or external conditions on the client’s side. If a session is disrupted due to a technical issue from the healer’s side, it will be rescheduled at the earliest suitable time.


Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in or participating in the Mind Reset Blueprint program, you acknowledge that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not proceed with the program.
